一、岗位职责
1、根据公司发展需求，主导核心重要模块的系统分析与开发；
2、负责较高难度的需求分析，开展系统结构设计、开发及相关设计文档的编写；
3、负责系统中的技术难点攻关，制定技术方案，软件总体架构的搭建，核心代码的编写；
4、维护现有部分系统，数据库优化，修复系统异常。
二、任职要求
1、了解常用网络设备，熟悉TCP/IP协议，具有网络架构和分析能力；
2、近3年有大中型项目开发经验，其中有基于J2EE架构大型应用系统的模块设计开发经验；
3、熟悉Java，有良好的编程习惯，掌握Spring，Struts，Mybatis等开源框架原理；
4、具备ORACLE、MYSQL等大型数据库使用及设计、开发经验；
5、精通UML，熟练掌握UML设计工具，有良好文档编写习惯。
