一、岗位职责
1、负责公司核心产品在 Android 和 IOS 平台的全流程开发（需求分析、架构设计、编码实现、测试上线）；
2、维护和优化现有移动端应用，提升性能、稳定性与用户体验；
3、推动产品快速迭代，参与技术方案评审与关键技术攻关；
4、协同产品、UI/UX、后端及测试团队，高效推进项目落地。
二、技能要求
1、熟练掌握以下至少三类语言：Android：Java / Kotlin IOS：Swift / Objective-C
2、熟悉 Android SDK 与 iOS UIKit/SwiftUI 开发框架，了解系统底层机制；
3、精通移动端常见性能优化手段（内存、卡顿、启动速度、电量等）及 Crash 分析；
4、熟悉常用设计模式（如 MVVM、MVP）、软件工程方法与 Git 版本控制；
5、具备跨平台开发经验者优先（如 Flutter、React Native）；
6、能独立完成模块开发，有完整 App 上线经验；
7、具备基本英文读写能力，能查阅官方文档或参与国际技术交流。
