2. 依据MPS组织制定周/日生产计划并下达车间，动态监控达成率，快速处理异常，确保准时交付。
3. 制定物料需求计划，协同采购保障物料及时、准确、经济到货，推动解决到货异常。
4. 牵头处理紧急插单、订单变更、重大缺料等异常，组织会议推动解决方案落地。
5. 负责PMC部门团队建设、绩效考核、人才培养及部门预算控制。
任职要求：
1. 35-42岁，男女不限。本科及以上，供应链、工业工程、物流、工商管理等专业。
2. 8年以上中大制造型企业PMC经验，5年以上PMC部门全面管理经验；有锂电池/新能源行业优先。
3. 精通MPS、MRP、产能规划；熟练使用ERP、MES系统；数据分析能力强。
4. 全局观、结果导向、强沟通能力、责任心强。
