【岗位职责】
1、负责健康 / 职业质控推理引擎的核心模块开发，重点落地文本语义匹配技术（含分词、文本向量化、相似度计算等）；
2、基于 jieba、SimHash、TF-IDF、SVR、神经网络等技术，搭建并优化 “文本预处理→向量生成→匹配打分” 的完整链路；
3、对接职业危害知识库，实现非标准描述与标准危害类型的精准匹配，支撑体检项目质控校验（如必检项目缺失预警）；
4、优化模型性能（如匹配准确率、响应速度），解决分词误差、向量相似度误判等实际问题；
5、参与标注数据集的整理与优化，辅助完成模型训练、测试与迭代；
6、与医疗业务专家、产品经理协作，将技术方案落地为可复用的系统功能，保障上线稳定运行。
【任职要求】
1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、数据科学等相关专业，2 年以上 Python 开发经验，有 AI/NLP 项目落地经验者优先；
2、熟练掌握 Python 核心库（jieba、scikit-learn、pandas、numpy），具备文本处理、数据预处理实操能力；
3、掌握至少 2 种文本向量化方法（如 TF-IDF、SimHash、Word2Vec、BERT），理解其原理与适用场景；
4、熟悉机器学习模型（SVR、SVM、神经网络等），有回归 / 分类模型落地经验，能独立完成模型训练、调优与部署；
5、了解健康医疗 / 职业卫生领域优先（如熟悉体检流程、职业危害类型、医学术语），无相关经验但学习能力强者可培养；
6、具备良好的问题排查能力，能快速定位并解决分词错误、匹配准确率低、系统响应慢等问题；
7、有清晰的技术文档编写习惯，乐于沟通，能配合业务团队理解需求并转化为技术方案。
【加分项】
有医疗 AI、语义匹配、智能质控相关项目经验（如电子病历处理、医学文本检索、体检报告质控系统）；
熟练使用深度学习框架（TensorFlow、PyTorch），有预训练模型（BERT/ERNIE）微调经验；
