黑龙江福田清洁燃料有限责任公司于2002年4月16日在黑龙江省工商行政管理局注册登记成立。目前，黑龙江福田清洁燃料有限责任公司正利用拥有的国家发明专利技术领先优势，积极追加车用替代汽油柴油的“洁劲能源”清洁燃料（93#、97#洁劲汽油，0#、-10#、-20#、-35#洁劲柴油）项目投资。届时，公司将形成以车用替代能源产品为支柱产业，兼研发、生产于一身的大型实业型公司。同时公司作为黑龙江省火炬计划项目龙头企业，利用国家的各项优惠政策及科技、人才优势，将在短期内形成中国规模*大的车用清洁能源生产产业基地。该清洁能源项目属十二五计划重点发展的环保节约高效新能源。
