5.了解Scala、Python等语言基础知识

6.具备良好的系统设计和架构能力，能够根据业务需求设计系统架构和模块划分，保证系统的可扩展性、可维护性和可靠性。
岗位职责：
1.负责配合项目经理完成系统的设计、开发、测试、部署；
2.负责搭建系统开发环境，完成系统框架和核心代码的维护；
3.负责解决开发过程中的技术难点问题；
4.指导初级工程师进行开发，检查初级工程师的代码质量；
5.有能力完成对新技术的论证与引入。
