工作职责
- 设计并实现 AI Native 金融资讯系统的前后端架构，快速构建原型并实现
- 使用 React 构建结构清晰、可扩展的前端应用
- 使用 Python 或 Go 设计高可用后端服务
- 构建大模型调用层（LLM harness），实现：
- Prompt 结构化设计
- 检索增强生成（RAG）
- 工具调用与任务路由
- 输出结构化与后处理
- 构建可评估、可迭代的模型使用流程
- 优化系统性能、稳定性与可维护性
- 与产品和数据团队协作，推动 AI 能力落地

基本要求
- 扎实的软件工程基础，具备系统设计能力
- 前端/后端/算法有一项精通
- 后端（熟练掌握 Python 或 Go 之一）/前端（熟练掌握 React 或类似现代前端框架）
- 理解分层架构、接口抽象与模块化设计
- 熟悉 RESTful API 设计与服务拆分
- 具备良好的代码质量与工程规范意识

重要加分项（Strongly Preferred）
- 熟悉 LLM Harness Engineering，包括：
- Prompt 模板化与结构化设计
- 多阶段推理流程编排
- 检索系统与生成系统结合
- 输出校验与结构化约束
- 熟悉 Vibe Coding 工作流，能够高效使用 AI 辅助开发，同时保持工程质量与可控性
- 有 RAG 或知识增强系统经验
- 理解模型 hallucination 控制与评估方法
- 有 AI 应用的实验设计与效果评估经验
