职责描述：
1、CAD建模与结构设计：
负责新产品或零部件的3D详细设计、装配及2D工程图输出。
根据仿真和测试结果，对设计进行迭代优化，完成设计变更。
建立和维护标准件库、设计模板，提升团队设计效率。
2、CAE仿真分析与优化：
运用有限元分析（FEA）进行结构静力学、动力学、疲劳寿命及热力学仿真，评估设计方案的强度、刚度及可靠性。
针对塑料、复合材料等制品，进行模流分析（MFA），预测填充、翘曲、缩痕等缺陷，优化模具浇注系统和成型工艺参数。
编写仿真分析报告，清晰呈现分析假设、过程、结果及改进建议，为设计决策提供数据支持。
3、跨部门协同与支持：
与产品经理、工艺工程师、模具工程师紧密合作，确保设计可行性。
为测试部门提供仿真预判，协助制定测试方案，并参与分析试验与仿真结果的差异。
支持生产部门，解决量产中出现的与设计相关的技术问题。
任职要求：
1、3年左右结构设计相关工作经验，硕士及以上学历并取得相应学位，机械设计制造及其自动化、材料成型及控制工程、工程力学、车辆工程、高分子材料与工程等相关专业。
2、具备CAD技能：精通 SolidWorks / UG NX / CATIA / Creo 等至少一款主流三维设计软件，能独立完成复杂装配体设计。或CAE技能：具备扎实的力学理论基础，熟悉至少一款仿真软件（如 ANSYS、Abaqus、HyperWorks 等）的结构分析模块。或模流分析技能：熟悉 Moldflow / Moldex3D 的操作与应用，有实际项目经验者优先。分析能力：优秀的逻辑分析与问题解决能力，能清晰解读仿真数据并提出有效改进方案。
3、掌握Python/Matlab等工具进行数据处理或自动化脚本开发者。具备试验设计（DOE）和优化设计经验者优先。
