2. 逻辑建模与文档编制：将复杂的监管规则和业务需求，转化为清晰的业务概念模型、逻辑数据模型，并编写高质量的《业务需求规格说明书》、《数据需求与映射文档》。
3. 数据处理规则定义：使用Excel、SQL等工具进行源系统数据探查，明确数据来源、清洗规则、加工逻辑和计算口径，为ETL开发提供精确输入。
4. 全流程沟通与协调：作为业务与技术团队的桥梁，向开发、测试团队澄清需求，并参与方案评审、系统测试及用户验收测试，确保交付成果符合业务预期。
5. 过程资产沉淀：绘制业务流程图、数据流向图，并参与项目知识沉淀，为后续项目提供标准化参考。

任职要求（硬性）：

1. 专业与经验：本科及以上学历，3年以上银行IT领域业务分析经验，必须有银行监管报送（1104、EAST、一表通等）项目经验。
2. 核心能力：
· 逻辑建模能力：具备优秀的业务抽象与结构化思维能力，能独立完成业务概念建模与逻辑数据建模。
· 数据处理能力：精通SQL，能独立进行数据查询、探查与分析；精通Excel，能熟练用于数据处理、规则定义和原型设计。
· 文档能力：具备编写高质量需求文档的能力，逻辑严密，表述清晰。
3. 业务知识：熟悉银行基础业务（如存、贷、汇、理财）及会计知识。

优先考虑（加分项）：

1. 熟悉数据建模工具（如PowerDesigner、Erwin）。
2. 有使用BI工具（如Tableau、FineReport）进行数据分析的经验。
3. 了解数据仓库基础理论及ETL开发流程。
