3、了解Linux操作系统的基本概念和使用方法，能够在Linux环境下进行开发、部署和运维工作。
4、对Redis缓存技术有一定的理解和应用，能够利用Redis提高系统性能；同时，对WebSocket协议有一定的了解，能够实现实时数据传输和通信功能。
5、、对流式数据有一定的了解，能够处理和分析实时数据流，为业务提供实时数据支持。
6、具备部署和测试机器学习模型的经验，能够进行简单的或复杂的训练调整，以及算法调优，提升模型的准确性和性能。
7、能够与团队成员有效沟通，具备良好的团队合作精神和问题解决能力。
8、对后端技术有持续的学习热情，能够关注并应用*新的后端技术和工具，不断优化开发流程和产品性能。
