岗位职责：
1. 负责设计咨询等项目配套物资、工程材料、服务类采购的全流程执行，包括询价、比价、招标文件编制、开标评标及其他工作等；
2、依据项目需求制定采购计划，严格控制采购成本，优化采购方案，做到合规、高效、性价比*优；
3、配合客户进行采购文件编制，提供专业的咨询服务；
4、负责完成项目采购的前期所需工作，处理企业采购过程中的各类问题；
5、参与企业采购政策的解读与培训，提升团队专业能力；
6、完成领导交办的其他相关工作。
岗位要求：
1、具有工程建设类、工程经济类中级及以上技术职称/一级造价师证，具有1年以上工程项目招标代理经验。
2、熟悉国家招投标相关的法律法规；熟悉企业采购法律法规、具备企业采购、招投标工作能力，可独立完成项目。
3、熟悉政府采购各类采购方式流程，了解电子招投标系统，能熟练操作各种办公软件和开评标设备。
4、具备良好的沟通协调、组织能力和团队合作精神；要求工作细致耐心，执行力强，有良好的服务意识。
5、要求工程技术、商务管理、法律法规或其他相关专业。
