1. 主导研究院创新生物药（抗体药物/基因药物/细胞疗法等）的全周期管理；
2. 主导新药立项及研发策略制定，明确技术路线及里程碑；协调内外部资源；
3. 设计并审核实验方案，涵盖药物发现、药理和药效评估、CMC等核心模块；
4. 建立项目风险预警机制，识别关键技术瓶颈；
5. 主导项目阶段性内部评审，动态优化研发策略；
6. 主导、统筹IND申报，审核关键数据，确保科学严谨性。

岗位要求：
1. 生物医药、免疫学、分子生物学等相关领域博士学历或博士后经验；
2. 有深厚的生物药研发背景，熟悉抗体药物、基因治疗（ASO等）、CAR-T及干细胞疗法等技术原理及法规（如ICH、FDA和中国基因治疗相关规范）；
3. 需主导过至少1项创新药物研发项目，具备从药物发现到IND的全流程经验（有成功获批IND案例者优先）。
