2. 参与前沿技术预研与突破；
3. 参与算法相关的数据处理。

任职要求：
1. 全日制硕士及以上学历，生物信息、计算生物学、系统生物学、数学、物理学等相关专业，了解基本的生物医学知识。
2. 一年以上算法、生信或大模型开发相关的工作经验。
3. 熟悉Python语言及常用数据处理工具。
4. 具备深度学习基础，熟悉MLP、CNN、transformer等人工智能算法及其原理，熟悉Pytorch框架。
5. 熟悉传统机器学习、有监督学习、无监督学习、强化学习等原理及实现。
6. 具有模型（预）训练、微调的经验。
7. 运行过虚拟细胞的开源项目。能基于baseline模型进行架构优化、扰动编码设计和训练策略迭代。
8. 具备极强的跨学科学习能力和团队精神。
