岗位职责：
1、主导临床级iPSC细胞系的重编程、单克隆筛选、鉴定与建库全流程开发，建立标准化、可溯源的iPSC细胞库体系；
2、负责iPSC细胞的培养、传代、冻存、复苏工艺优化，制定细胞质量控制（QC）标准（核型分析、多能性标记、无菌 / 支原体检测、致瘤性评估等），保障细胞活性、纯度与稳定性；
3、负责iPSC向神经干细胞（NSC）及下游神经谱系细胞（神经元、星形胶质细胞等）的定向分化技术路线设计、实验方案制定与工艺开发。优化分化效率、细胞均一性与功能成熟度，建立神经干细胞的鉴定、功能验证与质量评价体系；
4、主导iPSC及神经干细胞的规模化培养的工艺开发与迭代。基于QbD理念，识别工艺关键质量属性（CQA）与关键工艺参数（CPP），支撑CMC研究与GMP生产准备；
5、深度参与细胞治疗产品IIT、IND申报，负责撰写或审核本模块相关的申报文件，配合Pre-IND沟通与审评应答。
任职要求：
1、干细胞生物学、神经生物学、细胞生物学、再生医学、生物工程等相关专业，硕士及以上学历（博士优先）；
2、3 年及以上iPSC研发相关工作经验，具备完整的iPSC建库、定向分化（神经方向优先）与工艺开发项目经验，有IND申报经验者优先；
3、具备细胞工艺开发、放大与验证能力，熟悉生物反应器、封闭式培养系统等规模化培养设备与工艺；
4、具备细胞外泌体分离、纯化相关经验者优先；
5、具备良好的实验设计、数据分析与问题解决能力，能独立设计实验、分析结果并优化方案；
6、熟练运用流式细胞术、免疫荧光、qPCR、Western Blot、核型分析等细胞鉴定与质量控制技术；
7、具备强烈的责任心、自驱力，良好的团队沟通协作能力，以及创新思维与技术敏感度。
