岗位职责：
1.负责对研发输出的生产测试资料（软硬件资料及测试配件）进行验收，提出优化改善建议，出具验收报告。
2.负责生产测试设备、工装治具、测试模块的验收工作，建立完善日常管理机制，定期开展保养与维护，确保测试设备、工装治具功能完好、使用稳定。
3.快速响应生产测试现场突发异常（如测试失败率飙升、测试治具不良、测试结果不稳定等），开展异常排查，重点解决工装治具失效问题。
4.负责测试良率、测试效率等制程数据的汇总、统计与分析，识别生产测试环节的瓶颈问题，推动测试方案优化、工装治具改进，提升测试直通率与生产测试效率。
5.负责巡检生产测试现场，监督一线作业员严格按照作业指导书操作作业，及时纠正不规范作业行为。
6.参与新产品DVT转PVT阶段的测试方案评审，结合量产实际需求，针对产品量产可制造性、可测试性提出专业优化建议。
7.负责公司生产检测设备台账的建立与更新，组织开展设备周期计量检定工作，确保仪器设备校准合规、规范使用。
8.完成上级交办的其他相关工作任务。

任职要求：
1.大专及以上学历，通信工程、自动化、电子信息、机电工程等相关专业。
2.一年及以上的电子行业硬件测试、生产测试或产品检验相关工作经验。
3.熟练使用万用表、示波器、电子负载等常用测试仪器，有ATE、ICT/FCT相关测试工作经验者优先。
4.熟练操作电脑及 Office 办公软件（Word、Excel），能独立完成数据统计、分析及图表制作。
5.动手能力强，逻辑思维清晰，具备良好的文档撰写与编辑能力。
6.具备良好的沟通协调能力与团队服务意识。
7.工作责任心强，抗压能力强，能快速响应并处理测试异常问题。
