1. 项目主导与设计：在资深工程师的带领指导下可独立负责非标自动化项目的机械方案；或可独立构思、评估与详细结构设计，担任项目机械部分的技术负责人。
2. 技术文件输出：熟练运用Inventor进行3D建模、出图，并精准输出包括工程图、装配图及MBOM（制造物料清单）在内的全部设计文档。
3. 生产支持与问题解决：深入装配与调试现场，指导技术人员进行设备组装，快速响应并解决制造、测试过程中出现的各类机械技术问题。
4. 项目全周期跟进：负责所承担项目的全程跟踪与优化，根据测试数据及客户反馈，持续对设计方案进行迭代和改进，确保项目高质量交付。
5. 团队协作：与电气、软件和控制等团队成员紧密协作，确保机械设计与整体系统完美融合，共同推动项目进度。
任职要求
1. 经验背景：本科及以上学历，机械设计、机械、自动化等相关专业，具备3年以上非标自动化行业机械设计工作经验优先；有锁镙丝机研发设计经验优先。
2. 专业技能：
a.精通机械原理、材料与热处理、公差与配合、力学分析等专业知识。
b.能够独立完成中等复杂程度的非标设备方案设计、详细设计和工程出图。
c. 具备解决基本结构问题的能力，并对气动、传动、模组化设计等有深入理解。
3. 软件技能：能熟练使用主流3D机械类设计软件，同时熟悉AutoCAD及其他主流设计分析软件；有使用过Inventor软件设计者优先。
4. 核心素质：
a. 责任心强：对设计质量有极高要求，能对所承担的项目全程负责。
b. 解决问题能力：具备出色的分析问题和解决问题的能力，能承受较高的工作压力。
c. 团队精神与沟通能力：善于跨部门沟通，具备良好的团队合作精神。
