任职资格:
1. 计算机相关专业，统招全日制本科及以上学历（非专科起点）, 并有3年以上java相关开发经验，2年以上支付经验
2. 有扎实的Java功底，对JVM、多线程、IO、网络等核心技术有较深理解, 并实际解决过对应的问题；熟练掌握Java及面向对象设计开发、设计模式等
3. 熟悉Spring、MyBaits、Dubbo、SpringCloud等主流开源框架，熟悉微服务架构理念，熟悉常用的第三方库；熟悉HTTP、RPC接口设计和实现
4. 熟悉MySQL、PostGreSQL，熟练掌握 MySQL 原理及常用性能优化，熟悉常见的NoSQL存储，如Redis、Elasticsearch等
5. 熟悉支付系统从后端到接口到前端的完整链路的开发和设计
6. 熟悉海外支付，有平台方经验优先
7. 熟悉支付资金账户建设，具备清结算经验优先
