岗位职责：
1、负责公司服务平台的后端服务开发、维护。
2、负责与前端及微信小程序等的交互联调和系统设计、开发。
3、参与需求分析、系统架构设计、业务模块的开发和维护等工作。
4、参与后台微服务、云计算、分布式等的前沿技术研究和应用。
5、配合测试人员修改相关模块的BUG，优化产品体验和研发技术支持。
任职资格：
1、计算机基础扎实，有良好的软件工程思维，良好的变成习惯和规范。
2、熟悉sping,SpringBoot、Mybatis等主流框架，熟悉微服务架构，有SpringCloud、dubbo等框架实践经验。
3、熟练使用分布式缓存如redis，有分布式事务处理方案项目实战经验优先。
4、熟悉RabbitMQ、Kafka等MQ消息框架一种及以上，能合理的进行技术选型，解决实际应用问题。
5、熟悉Linux系统以及相关常用命令，熟悉Tomcat、Nginx等开源服务器，熟悉Docker等容器的基础部署。
6、熟悉Maven、Git、svn等软件开发工具的使用。
7、熟悉分布式架构相关内容，对分布式缓存，分布式存储，消息中间件，PRC框架，分布式事务处理等有较深入理解。
8、具有数据库大数据量，大规模分布式系统的调优经验，如sql调优，缓存优化，高并发处理，系统技术方案选型优化。
