岗位职责：
负责Java后端系统的全流程开发与核心模块设计，深入理解业务并保障代码交付的质量与进度；
攻克技术难点，构建高可用、高扩展的系统架构，持续调优性能；
主导技术方案制定与评审，设计并开发各类系统接口，保障高并发或大数据量场景下的数据实时准确传输，完成第三方系统对接；
参与需求调研到上线的全流程，配合运维保障系统稳定，定位并解决线上问题，输出规范文档并指导初中级工程师；
负责主数据维护与接口数据核对，进行数据库设计与SQL调优，保障数据准确性与系统性能。
持续跟踪、学习和引入新技术，推动新技术在业务中落地应用。
任职要求：
本科（含）及以上学历；
5年以上Java开发经验，有高性能、高并发、高可用系统建设经验者优先；
精通Java语言核心特性，熟练掌握常见设计模式；
熟练掌握Spring Cloud、Spring MVC、MyBatis等主流框架，熟悉微服务架构；
熟悉MySQL、SQLServer等关系型数据库，掌握SQL优化；
熟悉Redis、Kafka、Dubbo、RocketMQ等中间件，理解其原理并掌握优化方法；
了解RESTful API、WebService等接口协议，了解常用数据交换格式；
熟悉至少一种前端技术（Vue、React），有ERP系统、SaaS平台开发经验者优先；
善于沟通、责任心强，具备良好的团队协作能力与承压能力，认同结果导向，有高度的自驱力。
