岗位职责：
1. 全面理解业务需求，并负责根据需求，完成软件的原型、概要和详细设计；
2. 负责参与平台的全过程开发及自测，保证代码的高质量；
3. 深入理解业务需求，完成业务模块设计、编码、文档。
4. 参与需求、方案讨论，技术调研，钻研开发中的技术难题。
5. 在团队内开展技术传播，帮助团队成员技术能力提升。
任职要求：
1. 计算机或相关专业本科以上学历;
2. 3年以上JAVA开发经验,熟悉Java语言和面向对象设计开发，熟悉多线程程序开发，对多线程技术、异步、并发有较深入理解；
3. 熟悉分布式，缓存，异步消息等技术的原理，能运用分布式常用技术进行合理应用，解决业务问题；
4. 熟练运用Spring、spring boot相关技术，MyBatis等框架进行开发工作；
5. 熟悉MySQL应用开发、配置、维护及性能优化；
6. 具有高度责任感和主动性，良好的团队合作能力和沟通能力及自我管理能力，代码编写规范，技术扎实，逻辑思维能力强，乐于学习和分享新技术。
