岗位职责：
1.负责能量加油站官方账号的视频原创动画的生产，包括动画分镜设计、视频动效设计，确保动画产出科普与趣味性兼具；
2.能够准确理解视频脚本，运用*新的创意效果，对脚本设定进行动画形式的二次创作，并高效执行完成；
3.具有不错的视觉审美，不断有新的创意和视觉效果呈现，有较好的手绘功底；
4.有2D动画的优秀作品，有极强创意能力与较强的执行能力；
5.具备有一定的视频剪辑技能力，能够独立进行视频的剪辑、包装。

任职要求:
1.本科及以上学历，动画设计相关专业优先，具有3年以上AE动画、MG动画相关经验，对动画和视频内容充满热情，具备优秀的创意思维；
2.熟练掌握AE\Blender\MAYA\AI\PS\等相关动画设计软件，能独立完成各种动画动效制作；
3.有视频生产全流程的工作经验，能够在团队中发挥协作作用，有效进行沟通；
4.兼具动画设计的创意策划、手绘设计的审美与用户感知的敏感度，能够精准判断B站用户动画偏好；
