岗位职责：
1、依据品牌中心制定的年度计划，制定社媒组的详细季月日社媒营销计划，负责公司在 Facebook 平台的日常推广工作。
2、与团队成员（设计师、运营、客户等）紧密沟通协作，保障推广计划顺利实施。
3、策划并制作适合 Facebook 平台的图文、短视频等推广内容，确保内容符合平台调性与用户喜好，增强互动性。
4、依据 Facebook 算法规则与广告投放机制，制定并执行广告投放计划，精准定位目标受众，提升广告投放效果。
5、运用 Facebook Insights、Google Analytics 等工具深度分析推广数据，如覆盖率、互动率等，根据数据反馈及时优化推广策略。
6、粉丝的评论及私信按时回复，定期收集粉丝意见与反馈，为内容创作和产品优化提供参考。

任职要求：
1、大专或以上学历，英语四级及以上，1年及以上经验，市场营销、广告学、传播学、数字媒体等相关专业优先；
2、对海外社媒感兴趣，有网感，愿意且主动学习能力强；
3、熟悉市场营销、广告学、传播学相关知识，了解 Facebook 平台规则及社媒营销趋势；
4、精通 Facebook 算法规则、广告投放机制，熟练操作 Facebook 的 Power Editor、Business Manager 等工具进行广告投放。
5、掌握短视频、图文等内容的策划与制作技能，熟练运用 Facebook Insights、Google Analytics 等数据分析工具；
6、备活跃的思维，能够不断提出新颖的推广创意与营销点子，善于与团队成员、平台官方等沟通协作，拥有良好的时间管理能力，可在多任务并行时合理安排工作时间。
