岗位职责：
1、全权负责Amazon美国站的运营工作（精品）管理亚马逊账号，包括：新品上架调研、listing优化、活动策划、营销推广和售后等工作；
2、负责Amazon上的产品推广包括站内广告，站外引流、营销优化、提高listing的点击率、浏览量和转化率，提出相关优化方案；
3、定期查看产品在平台的销售情况与排名情况，同行对比，完成销售；
4、管理和维护销售账户，处理客户投诉与纠纷，确保持续提高所负责的产品的好评率；
5、对公司提供的新品，进行产品市场调研，收集、分析市场情报以及竞争对手的状况，参照同行产品对新品进行优劣势分析，跟进店铺的销售和策略调整，制定推广计划，及时达成各项运营指标；
6、分析账号的运营数据和产品转化率，制定产品营销活动，并对营销活动进行调研，分析，预测和推广等，按照公司的营销策略调整销售。快速认识公司产品，开发管理新产品，对产品进行编辑优化和后期维护。

任职资格：
1. 有过卫浴类目的优先；
2. 具有3年以上Amazon运营实际操作经验，了解Amazon政策和规定；
3. 月销售额业绩大于3万美金，毛利大于一万人民币；
4. 精品运营（不要铺货的），有爆款经验优先；
5. 具有较强的沟通能力，具有强烈进取心；
6. 白帽推广，广告有自己的思路。
7. 大专及以上水平，英语读写水平良好，四六级优先考虑（不是硬性条件）。
8. 具有发现问题，分析问题，处理问题的能力。
