一、岗位职责
1. 课件体系搭建与运维
负责公司标准化培训课件的开发、制作、定期迭代优化；搭建完整培训内容体系，保障课件适配不同培训场景与人群。
2. 多场景内外部培训授课
面向内部员工、销售团队开展常态化培训；同时承接经销商、终端客户等外部群体培训工作，输出专业讲解与技能辅导。
3. 临床科室会宣讲
独立开展临床科室会，面向医护人员进行产品专业宣讲、知识解读与临床应用分享，传递产品价值与使用规范。
4. 大型会议主持与宣讲
可独立主持数百至千人规模品牌会议、行业大会，把控现场流程与氛围；负责会议主题分享、流程串联等工作。
5. 展会现场讲解推介
参与各类医疗器械、医药行业展会，现场进行PPT宣讲、公司品牌、核心产品及项目介绍，完成现场展示与客户答疑。
6. 其他工作
配合部门完成培训数据汇总、培训效果复盘，完成上级交办的其他相关工作。

二、任职要求
1. 专业背景
具备医学、大健康、生物、药学等相关专业背景，拥有三类医疗器械行业从业经验者优先。
2. 综合能力
，语言表达流畅，临场应变能力强；逻辑清晰，擅长公众演讲与现场互动。
3. 职业素养
工作责任心强，具备优秀抗压能力，能适应高频次全国范围内出差。
4. 经验优先项
有科室会、千人级大型会议主持宣讲、行业展会讲解相关实战经验者优先。
