3. 主动分析和发现现有系统的瓶颈，持续优化服务性能、稳定性、可用性和可扩展性；
4. 与产品、算法、测试团队紧密协作，推动 AI 产品的迭代和优化，确保产品质量和用户体验。
岗位要求
1. 本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业优先；
2. 熟练使用Python语言，代码风格严谨高效；
3. 熟练掌握深度学习框架Pytorch；
4. 具备优秀的分析问题和解决问题的能力，良好的沟通能力和责任心；
5. 熟悉 AI 知识库、AI Workflow、RAG 等开源软件，或有开发 AI Agent、RAG、自动化系统的实际经验者优先。
