1. 技术与开发能力

• 熟悉常用开源工具（如Dify、RAGFlow、MaxKB等），能结合实际业务要求进行深度定制和性能优化。
• 熟悉多种大模型以及多模态大模型（例如 GPT-4o, o1 , o3 llama QWQ, claude等模型）
• 善用复杂Agent协作模式设计系统与应用。
2. 项目经验与综合素质
• 有企业级智能客服、数据分析、流程自动化等项目落地经验，具备从需求分析到方案交付的全流程实践经验。
• 具备较强的学习能力、问题解决能力及系统分析能力，能够快速适应和响应技术及业务需求变化。
• 本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能或相关专业优先。
