岗位职责：
1.熟悉业务，深度参与业务模块的代码设计与编写，确保逻辑准确，满足需求，代码易读、易维护、易扩展。
2.负责现有系统的升级和维护工作，确保系统稳定运行。
3.高效定位与处理问题，主动优化系统性能，持续提升系统质量、运行效率与用户体验。
4.编写并及时更新相关技术文档，确保文档内容准确清晰、易于理解且符合实际需要。
5.按时按质完成领导交办的其他工作任务。
任职要求：
1.大学统招本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，扎实的计算机基础，良好的学习能力，喜欢探索新技术。
2.具备3年及以上后端服务器开发经验，有国产化项目经验的优先。
3.熟练掌握 SpringBoot/SpringCloud/Mybatis/Dubbo等核心开发框架, 深入理解其内部原理和工作机制。要求有多个相关项目落地经验。
4.熟悉MQ，Redis，Kafka，Zookeeper，Nginx，Tomcat，weblogci等中间件的部署与应用开发。
5.熟悉Jenkins，docker等持续集成和发布工具。
6.熟悉Oracle、MySQL、SQLServer、达梦等数据库，熟练掌握SQL语句，熟悉常用SQL性能优化方法。
7.熟悉linux系统基本命令。熟悉Svn、Git版本管理工具。
8.了解前端页面开发技术，具备一定的前端技术技能，有 Vue 或anjurlar实际开发经验更佳。
9.具备代码规范意识，注重代码的整洁、可维护性。
10.强烈的责任心与主动性，对所负责工作有owner意识，并能自我驱动成长。
