4. 精通各种应用组件技术及其应用策略：消息队列、数据缓存、分布式事务、分布式缓存、高并发计算等互联网技术栈；
5. 熟悉消息队列，如 Kafka、Rocketmq 等，能够进行异步通信和系统解耦；
7. 良好的业务理解和抽象能力，善于分析。了解微服务架构
8. 逻辑清晰，良好的沟通协调能力，有自我规划反思能力，owner 意识强，对数据敏感
9. 8 年及以上 JAVA 工作经验，有二线及以上互联网大厂业务后端开发经验，交易系统、供应链系统、物流系统、订单系统、库存系统、商城系统经验的优先
