岗位描述：
1、根据业务需求及产品功能完成应用系统技术方解决案设计和对应后端功能的技术设计及开发实现，包括设计应用系统相关集成架构，部署架构，数据结构，代码逻辑结构，业务逻辑功能开发实现及相关开发文档的撰写和维护；
2、负责承担项目核心模块编码工作，解决项目研发过程中的重大技术问题；
3、负责并协调研发、测试人员进行项目的测试与bug跟踪与修复工作。

岗位要求：
1、计算机或相关专业全日制本科学历以上，5年以上Java后端开发经验，有复杂分布式系统架构设计经验者优先，有主导或核心参与中大型项目全生命周期开发经验。
2、深入理解JVM原理，包括内存模型、垃圾回收机制、类加载机制及性能调优；
3、精通Java并发编程并精通Spring生态体系(Spring Boot/Spring Cloud/Spring MVC/Spring Security)；
4、熟悉分布式系统常见问题解决方案(分布式事务、幂等性、一致性等)；
5、精通MySQL、Oracle等数据库，能够编写高效的SQL，熟悉SQL优化；
6、熟悉常用的中间件，(RabbitMQ/Kafka/RocketMQ)及其适用场景；
7、熟悉Linux操作系统和常用命令，熟悉Tomcat和应用服务等部署；
8、精通Docker容器化技术及Kubernetes集群管理；
9、熟悉前端技术栈(JavaScript/TypeScript/Vue/React)，能独立开发简单前端应用；
10、熟悉CI/CD流程设计及实现，熟悉Jenkins/GitLab CI等工具；
11、良好的技术文档编写能力，优秀的问题分析与解决能力，有管理经验优先。
