一、主要职责
算法研发
• 针对业务需求，设计并实现机器学习、深度学习、图算法、运筹优化等解决方案；
• 端到端负责算法模型的特征工程、离线训练、调优、效果评估与线上部署，持续提升模型精度与性能；
数据处理与特征工程
• 与内外部团队协作，完成数据采集、清洗、标注、存储及特征提取；
• 构建高质量数据集，制定数据标注规范与质量评估指标。
模型部署与工程化
• 将算法模型服务化（API / SDK），保证线上系统的稳定性、可扩展性与高性能；
• 与后端 / 运维团队合作，完成模型监控、灰度发布、A/B 测试与回滚策略；
• 参与算法平台化、组件化建设，提高团队研发效率。
业务驱动与跨部门协作
• 深入理解业务目标，将业务问题转化为算法问题；
• 与产品经理、运营、业务部门沟通，制定算法迭代计划；
• 通过数据分析和实验验证算法效果，输出可量化的业务指标提升。
二、任职资格
硬性条件
• 计算机、电子信息、数学、统计学、人工智能等相关专业本科及以上学历；
• 2年及以上算法研发经验（含1 年实际线上模型迭代与维护经验）；
• 精通 Python 或 Java，具备扎实的数据结构与算法基础；
• 熟练使用 TensorFlow / PyTorch / MXNet 等深度学习框架，掌握机器学习常用算法（LR、GBDT、FM/DNN、Transformer、GNN 等）；
• 熟悉 Sklearn / XGBoost / LightGBM 等机器学习库；
• 熟悉 Linux 开发环境，掌握 Git、Docker、CI/CD 等工具链；
• 具备优秀的数学功底，能独立进行算法推导与性能分析。
软性条件
• 对数据敏感，逻辑思维严谨，具备快速学习能力；
• 良好的沟通协作能力，能跨团队推动项目落地；
• 具备业务视角，关注算法对业务指标的实际提升；
• 责任心强，具备 owner 意识，能在压力下保证交付质量；
