任职资格:
1、基础要求：统招本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，10年以上Java开发经验，其中至少5年以上Java项目核心人员经验，有大型分布式系统、高并发、高可用系统架构设计、开发与调优的成功案例。
2、技术能力
（1）熟练Java语言及其生态系统，熟悉Spring、MyBatis等主流框架；
（2）熟练掌握数据库技术，如Oracle、MySQL等，具备SQL优化能力；
（3）熟悉微服务架构、容器化技术（如Docker）、持续集成/持续部署（CI/CD）等现代软件开发技术；
（4）对分布式系统、缓存、消息队列、负载均衡等中间件有深入理解和实践经验。
3、管理能力
（1）具备一定的团队管理和项目管理能力，能够带领团队高效完成任务；
（2）具有较强的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神，能够与其他部门有效协作；
