【岗位职责】
1、 PCB版图设计核心工作：负责公司射频板，FPGA高速数字板/背板、高速差分信号（PCIE Gen5.0、112Gbps/lane）的测试治具板等产品的PCB设计。
2、文档输出与管理：规范输出PCB设计相关文档，包括PCB文件、Gerber文件、BOM辅助核对、设计说明文档等，确保文档完整性、准确性，满足研发归档和生产交付要求。
3、性能优化与问题解决：负责PCB和PCBA生产过程的异常跟进与处理；解决样品调试试、小批量生产及量产过程中出现的PCB相关问题，包括EMC整改、散热不良、工艺改善等，输出整改方案并落地验证。
4、设计规范与标准制定：参与制定和完善公司产品的PCB Layout设计规范、叠层标准、库文件（封装库、器件库），积累设计经验并形成知识库，提升团队整体设计效率和一致性。
5、技术积累与迭代：关注行业内产品的PCB设计新技术、新工艺、新器件，主动开展技术研究和验证，将先进设计理念应用到实际项目中，推动产品技术迭代升级。
【任职资格】
1、本科及以上学历，电子工程、通信工程、微电子等相关专业；
2、5年以上PCB Layout工作经验，具备扎实的信号完整性和电源完整性基础知识，熟悉损耗分析、串扰抑制等设计方法；
3、具备高速电路（DDR4/PCIE 5.0）的PCB设计经验，能独立完成复杂多层板的布局布线、叠层设计、阻抗优化等，熟悉高速板材的性能参数；
4、熟练使用Allegro等相关设计软件进行PCB及元器件封装设计，熟练使用CAM350、AutoCAD、SI9000等软件进行PCB辅助设计；熟悉PCB制造工艺要求和流程，熟悉SMT生产工艺要求和流程；
5、有光模块、112G/224G SerDes、PCIE5.0等layout经验优先；
6、耐心细致，进取好学，具备高度的责任感、良好的团队协作与沟通能力。
