1. 开拓抖音，视频号，快手，小红书渠道关联的达人MCN机构，整合开发中腰部达人渠道资源，建立长期合作关系；
2. 把控商务合作条件，根据合作达人需求，可个性化定制短期及长期合作/合伙计划，跟进合作落地，确保目标GMV完成；
3. 负责对接商务沟通，寄样品，跟进直播排期和内容，与达人保持良好的沟通，创造优质的直播销售数据完成公司业绩任务。
4. 协助达人完成选品，确认好库存、直播等工作。
5. 维护好达人关系，对已合作直播做好日常维护。

任职要求：
1、3年以上电商、互联网、广告传媒或MCN机构相关工作经验，有纯佣BD合作经验；
2、熟悉基本商务合同条款，具备风险防范意识；
3、熟悉主流直播平台（小红书、抖音、视频号、淘宝直播等）的后台操作及推广工具
4、有成功独立开拓、谈判并管理过中大型MCN机构或知名达人合作项目的实操经验，能较好地管理外部关系和内外资源协同；
5、拥有丰富的MCN机构或头部/腰部达人资源库。
