职位描述
1. 负责设计、开发、维护AI Agent相关项目开发与管理，确保项目按时，高质量交付，解决项目中的技术难题；
2. 负责数据处理、Prompt工程、RAG、Agent、模型微调等相关工作；
3. 负责高质量的设计和编码，承担重点、难点的技术攻坚；
4. 深入理解业务，技术驱动产品发展，能够对项目做技术规划；
5. 规划系统模块，并独立或带领团队完成任务直至上线；
6. 在团队中某些技术特定领域承担一定技术带头人的作用；
任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、通信等相关专业，3年及以上工作经验优先；
2. 3年以上JAVA开发经验，基础扎实，熟悉常用的设计模式，熟悉常用的JAVA框架，如SpringBoot，SpringCloud，Dubbo；
3. 熟悉分布式、缓存、消息、搜索等机制，有大型分布式，高并发，高负载，高可用性系统设计开发和调优经验；
4. 熟悉互联网架构体系，对微服务拆分、服务治理、负载均衡、流控等有较好的理解和实践；
5. 具有大型互联网项目核心系统的设计与研发背景优先；
6. 熟悉SpringAI、LangChain等大模型应用框架者优先；
