2. 熟悉高性能、高并发、高可用性分布式系统设计，熟悉RPC、缓存、消息队列、负载均衡、Nginx 等，并能进行系统的调优和优化；
3. 熟悉 JVM，包括内存模型、类加载机制以及性能优化；
4. 熟悉 MySQL 数据库，有数据库调优经验，熟悉主流 NoSQL 数据库；
5. 熟悉 Linux 等操作系统的日常操作，熟练使用 Maven、Git；
6. 解决线上问题能力强，善于定位问题原因；
7. 工作细心、严谨，有耐心，有一定抗压能力，有强烈的 deadline 意识；
