岗位内容：
1. 负责部门内部日常管理工作，定期总结和规划。
2. 负责公司产品(液相色谱/蒸发光散射检测器/微型质谱仪等实验室分析仪器)和应用市场的调研与分析，及时为产品研发和销售部门提供产品应用信息和建议。
3. 负责公司产品的售前&售后技术支持，如售前技术问题澄清、demo实验、客户样品测试、后期产品培训等，促进销售机会的开发与实现。
4. 负责产品应用方法开发，结合市场热点开发产品应用方案，撰写相关推广案例，促进相关产品的销售。
5. 配合产品研发，进行产品性能内部测试。
6.承担销售、市场等部门的技术支持工作，如行业展会、技术交流会的现场支持等。
岗位要求：
1. 分析化学、药物分析或其他化学相关专业，硕士及以上学历。
2.精通液相色谱，具有较强的色谱技术知识以及在分析化学领域使用液相色谱仪的背景。
3.具有深厚的色谱行业知识、能够很好的了解客户的业务、应用和其他需求。
4.具有通过书面以及口头形式展示产品技术资料的能力，如ppt制作&演讲、技术资料制作等。
5.有效的沟通和演讲能力，能够向内外部清楚阐述技术和产品信息。
6.协调沟通能力强，执行力强，抗压能力强。
