岗位职责
1、统筹服装设计研发、供应链管理、电商运营全链路人员招聘，联动业务部门确定人才画像，拓展行业招聘渠道，独立完成简历筛选、面试评估、背调核验、offer 洽谈、入职闭环全流程，搭建核心岗位人才库，保障业务人力补给。
2、负责员工关系维护，包括但不限于新人入职引导、入职培训、日常访谈沟通与内部冲突协调，落地员工关怀、团队文化建设等。
3、负责员工离职面谈，梳理人员流失核心动因并提出优化改善建议，增强团队稳定。
4、依据薪酬绩效管理制度，组织部门绩效面谈、绩效辅导，核对考勤、提成、绩效核算数据，完成薪酬核算、人事异动、绩效结果落地相关工作。
5、负责现场人事行政全面管理工作，对行政前台进行属地管理，统筹分配人事行政事务工作，督导工作交付质量，定期反馈团队管理问题及优化方案。
6、完成上级领导交办的其他工作。
任职要求
1、本科及以上学历，人力资源、行政管理相关专业优先，3-5 年服装服饰/电商行业 HRBP 从业经验，熟悉设计研发、电商、供应链岗位招聘逻辑优先。
2、精通招聘、员工关系、薪酬绩效全模块落地实操，熟知上海劳动法律法规，具备用工风险识别与管控能力。
3、具备 1 年及以上人事行政基层人员管理经验，擅长工作统筹、流程管控及下属工作辅导。
4、熟知服装电商业务节奏，适配业务高流动团队特性，沟通协调、抗压能力良好。
5、熟练使用 Excel 完成人力数据统计、台账编制及数据分析复盘。
