岗位职责：
1. 负责催收场景智能客服产品的需求分析、架构设计，以及核心模块开发，包括但不限于高并发外呼任务调度引擎、通话控制（如与FreeSwitch等集成）、呼叫状态管理、数据统计分析等后端服务的实现。
2. 设计并实现高性能、高可用的RESTful API供前端调用；负责与语音网关（如FreeSwitch）、运营商线路、第三方系统（如CRM）、语音引擎（ASR/TTS）及大模型服务的接口对接与集成。
3. 解决系统在高并发外呼场景下的性能瓶颈，通过消息队列（如RabbitMQ/Kafka）等技术进行流量削峰和异步任务处理，确保服务的稳定性、低延迟与高容错性。
4. 技术文档与运维：编写架构设计、接口文档等技术材料，并参与系统部署、监控运维和故障排查。

任职要求：
1. 计算机/通信相关专业，本科或以上学历，3年以上的Java项目开发经验。
2. 熟练使用Linux操作系统，能够编写SHELL或Python脚本，熟悉TCP/IP协议。
3. 熟悉面向对象编程，掌握设计模式，熟悉RESTful风格的API设计。
4. 扎实的Java基础知识，对集合、IO、反射、多线程、NIO、Stream等特性有深入理解，对JVM原理、GC机制有较好的理解。
5. 熟悉前端开发，有使用Vue框架独立搭建项目的经验优先。
6. 熟悉Springboot框架，可独立搭建后台web应用。
7. 工作认真负责，善于沟通合作，热爱钻研技术，具备较强的学习能力和动手能力。
