POSITION SUMMARY
C.H. Robinson’s Accounts Receivable team is a fast-paced, process-driven environment, responsible fmultiple facets of the Accounts Receivable function. The Associate Accounts Receivable Representative will be responsible fensuring that overdue invoices are collected promptly efficiently. They will research problems resolve standard disputes to ensure important deadlines are met.

DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES
The duties responsibilities of this position consist of, but are not limited to, the following:
Send collection emails to clients in accordance with standard procedures timelines to ensure timely accurate payment recovery.
Promptly track follow up on simple dispute cases to facilitate timely resolution subsequent payment collection
Communicate with SeniAccounts Receivable Representative to facilitate the resolution of complex dispute cases.
Enters invoice amounts the accounting system processes invoices payments
Responds to inquiries from customers clients research resolves concerns discrepancies
Supports ideas fprocess improvement
Develops professional relationships with internal external partners, maintain open lines of communication build rapport by providing timely professional service
Continue to develop skills build upon knowledge of Accounts Receivable processes
Other duties responsibilities as assigned according to the team and/country specific requirements

QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
Bacheldegree equivalent
1-2 year of experience in Finance operation
Fluent in written English
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
Demonstrates adaptability to new financial platforms

Preferred:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of programs
Ability to perform in a dynamic, ever-changing environment
Solid attention to detail ability to work well within a deadline driven environment
Perform functions efficiently accurately
