POSITION SUMMARY
Accounts Receivable team is a fast-paced, process-driven environment, responsible fmultiple facets of the Accounts Receivable function. The SeniAccounts Receivable Representative will be responsible fensuring that overdue invoices are collected promptly efficiently. They will research problems resolve complex disputes to ensure important deadlines are met.

DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES
The duties responsibilities of this position consist of, but are not limited to, the following:
Monitaccounts receivable collection progress, maintain proactive communication with customers, ensure timely payment recovery.
Review daily tracking logs validate simple vs complex cases determination.
Responsible fregularly updating maintaining collection SOP ensuring all materials remain accurate consistent.
Responds to inquiries from customers clients researches resolves concerns large discrepancies
Contributes ideas fprocess improvement based on identified themes an understanding of the big picture
Develops professional relationships with internal external partners, maintain open lines of communication build rapport by providing timely professional service
Continue to develop skills build upon knowledge of Accounts Receivable processes
Acts as a subject matter expert advises JuniRoles on the best available resource’s usage help solve more complex issues
Other duties responsibilities as assigned according to the team and/country specific requirements

QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
Bacheldegree equivalent
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Collection operation
Fluent in English (written verbal)

Preferred:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of programs
Ability to perform in a dynamic, ever-changing environment
Strong attention to detail ability to work well within a deadline driven environment
Perform functions efficiently accurately
Effective flexible communication skills
Positive, professional attitude excellent customer service skills with an ability to deal with conflict/sensitive topics
