岗位职责及目标：

1. 负责公司AI相关工程项目的研发
2. 负责与产品、设计、研发、测试沟通，解决相关问题，使项目达到交付标准
3. 负责进行技术方案的设计以及落地执行，同时负责调研互联网相关技术，框架选型和搭建
4. 负责进行工程化能力探索和建设，对业务组件、标准库进行拆解、建立、沉淀和维护
5. 负责平台易用性和应用性能提升
6. 参与部门创新工作，不断进行团队工作流程优化提升

任职要求

1.计算机或相关专业本科以上学历，5年及以上Java语言为主的软件开发经验，JAVA基础扎实，熟悉IO、NIO、多线程、集合等基础框架；
2.熟悉JAVA Web开发，有基于spring cloud、spring boot等框架研发经验者优先；
4.熟悉RESTful、WEB Service规范，有相关开发经验者优先；
5.了解常用数据库，如MySql,Redis,有过数据库优化经验者优先；
6.有分布式(Redis、Memcache)系统研发、缓存、消息(RabbitMQ,kafka)、Elasticsearch搜索等经验者优先；
8.了解linux常用操作命令。
