一、岗位职责：
1.参与临床试验数据库搭建和质控、逻辑检查的编程和验证以及部署数据库上线等工作；
2.协助数据管理团队，在临床试验过程中进行数据库的管理；
3.协助数据管理员进行数据清理；
4.根据临床方案的修改或项目团队的需求，对数据库进行更新及数据库迁移等工作；
5.项目锁库后，协助项目团队开展项目文档和数据存档等工作；
6.确保与项目团队进行清晰及时的沟通，以实现项目的任务交付；
7.为数据收集和管理工具提供专业服务，包括但不限于电子数据采集（EDC）、医学编码、随机化和试验供应管理（RTSM）系统；
8. 如有需要，参加项目会议；
9. 确保数据符合CDISC和公司标准；
10. 确保所有数据收集和管理活动都符合GCP、SOP/WI和监管要求。
二、任职要求：
1.本科及以上学历，医学/药学或数理/计算机工程及相关专业。英语4级及以上，对建库工作的相关英文术语有基本了解，能使用英语进行日常的邮件沟通。
2.了解临床试验相关知识、临床试验数据管理的行业标准和相关NMPA/FDA/EMA法规、ICH-GCP指导原则。
3.至少8年以上工作经验；有3年以上Rave系统建库工作经验者优先；有大型药企工作经验者优先。
4.知识及技能技巧：精通CDSIC相关知识和指导原则，丰富的相关项目经验；能够熟练应用C#, SAS开展编程工作；其他编程语言（例如Java、R、Python、VB等）经验者优先；熟悉excel、word、PPT等办公软件。
5.至少有一个或多个EDC系统的建库经验，包括但不限于太美eCollect、CIMS、Clinflash、Bioknow。有Medidata rave建库经验和证书者优先。
6.有良好的团队协作能力，善于时间管理和多任务作业。能够合理安排在多项目多重时限下的工作优先次序，并按要求期限完成工作。
