职责描述：
1、在安全环保部的统一组织下，参与制定苏州工厂安全环保部方针目标和部门安全环保目标责任书。
2、负责推动相关国内职业健康管理体系、ISO45001管理体系的创建和持续改进工作。
3、负责制定苏州工厂职业健康管理各项规章制度、标准、操作指南，并组织各部门贯彻落实。
4、负责推进苏州工厂大健康建设，负责管控三高、肥胖等特殊人群，通过活动，提高员工对健康的重视，形成健康的生活方式。
5、每年组织接触职业病危害因素的劳动者到具备资质的职业健康检查机构进行职业健康体检；对岗前、调岗、在岗、离岗人员的体检结果进行跟踪，并对体检异常人员进行调查处理。
6、根据职业病危害因素检测结果制定新一年度《职业病防治计划和实施方案》并按计划开展实施。
7、持续完善《用人单位职业健康监护管理档案》。
8、出现新、改、扩建项目时，严格按照时间节点开展职业卫生“三同时”工作。
9、迎接政府部门的职业健康工作检查。
10、负责定期开展对所有检查的问题及时跟踪整改情况，确保检查工作的闭环管理。
11、负责组织调查苏州工厂内发生的职业病异常事件，及时向安全环保部汇报，认定相关人员责任。
12、负责部门公文和档案管理，根据活动要求撰写推文，负责部门费用、固定资产等行政管理工作。
13、完成部门领导交办的其它工作任务。
