岗位职责要求

工作年限2~3年，base北京
1、参与公司产品和系统的设计、开发维护、架构设计、技术方案编写；
2、根据开发进度和任务分配，完成相应模块的开发，并在开发过程中解决相应的技术难题，不断的系统重构与完善架构，提升系统性能；
3、与项目组成员配合进行模块间的联合调试，负责处理和解决线上产品出现的问题；
4、熟悉公司产品系统的部署情况，对已有的系统定位排查问题；
5、对现有系统进行优化，提升系统稳定性和响应速度
任职要求：
精通Spring、SpringBoot、SpringCloud、Mybatis、Redis、RabbitMQ等主流框架及原理；
热爱编程，Java基础扎实，熟悉掌握但不限于JAVA/C++/C/Python/GO等编程语言中的一种或数种，有良好的编程习惯
熟悉主流关系数据库，对于数据库结构、SQL优化有一定经验；
对数据结构、算法有一定了解；
熟悉Linux下的常用命令，具备docker、Kubernetes等云原生技术使用经验的优先；
熟悉Git、Maven等开发工具；
具备独立工作能力和解决问题的能力、善于沟通，乐于合作，热衷新技术，善于总结分享，喜欢动手实践；
逻辑思维清晰，工作态度积极向上，有较强的沟通理解能力、学习能力，能适应较大的工作压力；
有大数据、数据中台、算法平台、人工智能AI等产品技术经验的优先；
能接受出差。
