岗位职责
1.负责移动应用运营管理系统的需求分析、系统设计与核心功能设计和开发；
2.配合客户进行规划、项目和方案材料编写；
3.负责平台模块的接口设计、数据库建模与逻辑实现；
4.对接企业其他第三方系统，进行数据整合与分析；
5.编写高质量、易维护的代码和设计文档，并参与后期性能优化与系统升级；
6.参与系统集成测试、接口联调与生产环境部署；
7.整体负责项目组，主导项目启动至交付全流程，协调跨部门（产品、研发、交付等）资源，明确分工与责任；

任职要求：
1.计算机、软件工程等相关专业，本科及以上学历；
2.5年以上Java后端开发经验，熟练掌握Spring Boot、MyBatis、Spring Cloud等主流框架；
3.熟悉常用数据库（MySQL/PostgreSQL/达梦），掌握大数据量及高访问量场景下的数据库配置优化；
4.熟悉Redis、Kafka、RabbitMQ等中间件优先；
5.精通云计算相关技术，熟悉Devops，熟悉Docker，熟悉Kubernetes应用,有TSF部署经验者优先;
6. 有大型分布式系统设计和开发经验，对分布式相关理论有深入的理解;
7.对系统安全和网络协议有一定的了解和实践经验;
8.良好的沟通能力、编码规范与文档撰写能力，具备团队协作与沟通意识;
9.具有一定的团队管理能力和跨团队的协调沟通能力"
