岗位职责：
1. 负责质量管理体系相关法律法规、标准等外来文件的识别、转换工作；
2. 负责组织建立、实施、维护质量管理体系，并监督质量体系运行的有效性；
3. 负责过程的监视和测量/自查工作，并对偏差、纠正预防措施的处理情况进行跟踪；
4. 负责组织企业内部医疗器械质量管理相关培训工作，提高员工的质量管理能力及质量意识，确保公司合规运行；
5. 负责协助管理者代表按计划组织管理评审、制定公司质量目标，以及对质量目标实现过程的监控；
6. 负责组织实施公司内部质量体系审核工作；
7. 负责协助上级落实数据分析及中心信息化建设工作；
任职要求：
1、统招本科以上学历，生物医学工程、电子科学与技术、通信工程、自动化控制、机械制造、质量管理等相关工科专业；
2、5年以上工作经验，3年以上医疗器械行业质量体系管理经验；
3、了解ISO13485、ISO9001等质量体系管理知识，GMP和相关法规知识，具有内审员证书；
4、工作认真、踏实、细心、逻辑思维清晰；
5、具有保密意识，有较强的学习能力及分析能力；
6、工作责任心强，积极主动，具备良好的团队合作精神，可承受较大的工作压力。
