Job description
1. Cell Culture Quality Control: Independently perform routine maintenance, expansion, cryopreservation of different types of cells, including 2D 3D culture systems. Check cell marker periodically to evaluate cell differentiation status.
2. Model Characterization Functional Validation: Comprehensively characterize the phenotype function of differentiated cells other cells using molecular cellular biology techniques (e.g., immunofluorescence, qPCR, flow cytometry, microscopic analysis).
3. Experimental Design Data Analysis: Independently design experiments, maintain detailed records in both Chinese English, perform data analysis, clearly present project reports.
4. Laboratory maintenance: participate in the daily operation, maintenance, equipment management of laboratory.
Job Requirements
1. Masters degree Ph.D. in Cell Biology, Developmental Biology, Biochemistry, a related field.
2. Solid hands-on experience with iPSC culture, proficient in passaging, cryopreservation, cell line establishment.
3. Practical experience in the directed differentiation of iPSCs.
4. Proficient in routine characterization techniques such as immunofluorescence staining, confocal microscopy, qRT-PCR, flow cytometry.
5. Ability to use software like ImageJ, GraphPad Prism fimage processing data analysis.
6. Problem-solving abilities, excellent experimental habits, clear scientific communication skills (both written verbal).
