岗位职责：
1、根据研发组长制定的工作目标，接受项目组分配的工作任务并保质保量按时完成，辅助程序组长做研发前的准备工作。
2、提供合理意见和方法，根据程序的功能要求，按照规范能够独立完成相关模块的设计，编写程序代码，完成单元测试。
3、根据研发组长要求，协助研发组长建立完整、规范的技术文档，按时提交相关的技术研发文档，向研发组长反映工作中遇到的问题，提出解决建议，能主动思考并优化工作中可能存在的弊端。
4、及时帮助解决初级工程师在工作中遇到的问题，并提供技术支持，整理并建立技术故障数据库，汇总成册，组织内部培训及考核，使团队不断进步。
5、完成上级交办的其他工作任务。

任职要求：
1、本科，1-3年及以上工作经验，计算机相关专业。
2、熟悉软件研发工作流程，对软件编程事务性的工作有娴熟的处理技巧，熟练使用办公软件及相关的目标、过程管理软件。
3、能够解决研发过程中的突发问题。
