3. 精通 React 前端框架及其生态，具备复杂应用场景下的开发和性能优化经验。
4. 具备优秀的分析和解决问题的能力，有强烈的责任心和主观能动性，能够主动发现问题、定位问题并推动问题解决。
5. 积极乐观，具备良好的服务意识、团队协作精神和跨团队沟通能力。
6. 在前端工程化方面有深入的理解和实践，熟悉组件库建设、脚手架开发、Webpack/Vite等打包构建工具的配置与优化。
