4.编写高质量的技术架构方案、数据库模型设计及接口定义文档。
5.参与团队 DevOps、自动化测试、服务治理、CICD、代码规范体系建设，提高团队交付效率与质量。
任职资格
1.本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、数学或金融相关专业，工作年限5年及以上
2.精通包括Java、Python等主流编程语言及相关生态体系，熟练应用Redis、Kafka、东方通/宝兰德中间件，OceanBase、Ti-DB等国产数据库。具备丰富的微服务架构应用经验和复杂模块开发经验。
3.具备将AI领域技术能力与业务系统开发融合经验。
4.熟悉云原生生态(K8s/Docker/Service Mesh)、分布式系统、服务治理与观测性体系。
5.具备良好的系统、数据库、接口设计能力、技术及项目攻坚能力。
6.熟悉资产管理业务流程和金融行业者优先，有大型微服务、分布式系统研发经验者优先。
